Who We Are
At DITRI, we fuel tech breakthroughs by supporting researchers and connecting entrepreneurs.
We are a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the creation of technologies that change the world for the better. This is done through research performed at DiTRI, the sponsoring of students and individuals in their research efforts, and providing a community. The community gathers learning, specifically about the subtle ways that creating new technology with a mindset that targets eventual commercial development, typically through startup entities, differs from the prevailing research mindset. The community includes informal gatherings to encourage social connections between entrepreneur minded business people and entrepreneur minded technical people.
